- To deliver orders, send technicians and give you updates by SMS and in the app.
- To take payments and give refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep accounts safe.
- To improve the service. If analytics are turned on, we use Google Analytics / Meta Pixel with anonymous usage data.
Who sees it
Only the shop or technician handling your order or booking sees the details needed for it (name, phone, address). Payment details are handled by bKash and SSLCommerz — we never see or store your card or PIN. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for at least 6 years, as the law requires.
Your choices
