You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Prices, delivery charges and any discount are shown before you place an order.
Products are sold by ServiceAi24 or by partner shops shown on the product page.
We deliver within 5 days inside the same city and within 10 days to other districts, unless the product page says otherwise.
If an item cannot be delivered, we cancel it and refund anything you paid.

The price shown is for the work described. Extra parts or work are added only with your approval.
You can change or cancel a booking for free until the time shown in the app.
Every service has a warranty for the same problem, shown on the service page.

Cash on delivery, bKash and cards / mobile banking through SSLCommerz. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after the time shown at checkout.

Offers have their own conditions (shown with the offer). We may cancel rewards gained by misuse, such as fake accounts.

Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. We hide only abusive content, phone numbers, ads or false statements.
