Cancel, Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• You can return a product within the return days shown on its page (usually 7 days after delivery).
• Reasons: damaged, wrong item, not as described, size problem, or other. Photos are needed for damaged or wrong items.
• Open the order → "Return" next to the item. We pick it up, check it, and then refund.
• Items must be unused, with the box and accessories, unless they arrived damaged.

Refunds

• To your ServiceAi24 wallet: at once after we receive the item.
• Back to the same bKash / card: usually 3–7 working days.
• To your bKash / Nagad number: within 7 working days.
• The delivery charge is refunded when the item was damaged, wrong or not as described.

Cancelled orders and failed payments

If you paid online and the order is cancelled, or money was taken but the payment did not complete, it is refunded automatically.

Services

If the same problem comes back within the service warranty, we fix it again at no cost. Claim it in My Account → Warranties.
